C. Sharps Arms Co. Inc. Shipping Policy – Terms & Conditions

    • Firearms will not ship until item has been paid in full. If using the “Deposit” code, your card will be charged the 25% down payment plus 8.25% excise tax. The remaining 75% + Shipping is due upon completion of the rifle.
    • Firearms purchased from C. Sharps Arms Co. Inc. must be shipped to an agent/dealer with an FFL. No sales of firearms will be made to anyone under the age of 18 years old for the purchase of rifles or shotguns and no sales of handguns will be made to persons under the age of 21 years old.  
    • ALL FFL HOLDERS accepting delivery of order(s) placed by individuals must provide a signed copy of their FFL and a written notice via e-mail or fax acknowledging their acceptance of the order(s).  A valid phone number must be included with the FFL holder’s information. 
    • All firearms being shipped by C. Sharps Arms Co. Inc. will be insured and packaged in appropriate shipping containers. 
    • Firearms will be shipped via UPS Ground.  Other merchandise will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. Shipping charges for Accessories vary with the total weight of the package.
    • Firearms that have been received from customers for repair or modification will be shipped to the customer’s physical address via UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made in advance. 
    • All Firearms will be shipped Adult Signature Required for delivery. 
    • Handguns and long guns may be shipped by individuals directly to C. Sharps Arms Co. Inc. for repair and finishing. They do not need to be shipped from an FFL. When completed, these firearms can be returned to the customer directly.
    • If a customer opts to use an FFL to ship the firearm to us, the restored/repaired/refinished firearm MUST be returned to an FFL holder.
    • Firearms shipped directly to C. Sharps Arms Co. Inc. should be packaged in a sturdy enough container to survive harsh shipping and handling conditions common with most carriers.

  • All purchases made from C. Sharps Arms Co. are final and non-refundable.
